Challenge
Journalists’ copy passed through several intermediaries before going live, and writers had no way to see where their own piece stood. Stories lost momentum and editor workload piled up.
Solution
Built a journalist-facing workspace with draft editing, media upload, publish submission, and live status on one screen, backed by a role-based approval flow that removed manual steps.
Result
Time from finished copy to publication shortened, journalists could track status themselves, and editors focused on quality.
