Role

Full Stack Web Developer — frontend for every regional subdomain.

Challenge

Every region needed its own portal, yet maintaining dozens of separate codebases was not sustainable for a small team.

Solution

A single Next.js codebase that resolves content by subdomain at request time, sharing layout and components while keeping each region’s identity configurable.

Result

Launching a new regional portal became a configuration task rather than a build from scratch, cutting maintenance cost sharply.
